Diplomová práce se zabývá zacházením s dětmi mladšími patnácti let, které spáchají činy jinak trestné. Autorka analyzuje téma jak z hlediska procesněprávní roviny rozborem předsoudního stadia a řízení před soudem pro mládež, tak z hlediska roviny hmotněprávní. This diploma thesis deals with the treatment of children under fifteen years of age who commit a wrongful act. The author analyses the topic from both a procedural plane analysis of the pre-trial stage and proceedings of juvenile court, as well as in terms of substantive plane.
