Profile of an event visitor

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením profilu návštěvníka eventu, kterým je výročí bitvy u Slavkova. V literárním přehledu je zpracována problematika event turismu, event managementu a marketingu, chování spotřebitele a segmentace. V praktické části je provedena analýza eventu, SWOT analýza a pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly definovány tři typické profily návštěvníků. Na základě zjištěných informací byla navržena doporučení pro organizátory eventu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on creating a profile of an event visitor, the selected event is the anniversary of the Battle of Austerlitz. The literature review summarizes the issues of event tourism, event management and marketing, consumer behaviour and segmentation. Event analysis and SWOT analysis is performed in the practical part. Based on a questionnaire survey, three typical visitor profiles were defined. Recommendations for event organizers were designed based on the information obtained.
