Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se jmenuje Identita sociálních pracovníků, v práci se zabývám tím, co to identita je, definuji zde také pojem sociální práce, a identitu v kontextu sociální práce. Dále píši o profesi sociálních pracovníků, jejich pracovních kompetencích a znalostí a o připravovaném zákoně o sociálních pracovnících. Ve výzkumné části diplomové práce kvalitativní metodou analyzuji identitu sociálních pracovníků a jejich činnost v kontaktních centrech, kteří pracují s uživateli návykových látek. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že na identitu sociálních pracovníků má vliv řada faktorů. Jedná se především o osobnost pracovníka, pracovní kolektiv, organizaci, ve které pracuje a také povaha práce, kterou sociální pracovník vykonává.

Abstract:

This thesis is called Identity of Social Workers, in my work I deal with what identity is, I also define the term social work, and identity in the context of social work. Furthermore, I write about the profession of social workers, their work competences and knowledge and about the prepared act on social workers. In the research part of the diploma thesis I analyze the identity of social workers and their activities in contact centers, who work with users of addictive substances. The result of this work is finding out that many factors influence the identity of social workers. It is primarily the personality of the worker, the work team, the organization in which he works and the nature of the work that the social worker performs.
