Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vztahu mezi státem a jeho diasporou v zahraničí. Nejdříve práce obecně představuje způsoby dělení emigrace a principy spolupráce mezi státním aparátem a krajany. This master thesis deals with the relation between the state and its diaspora abroad. Firstly, the general types of emigration and the principles of collaboration between the state apparatus and the emigrants are introduced.
