Abstract:
Cytokininy jsou významné fytohormony, podílející se na rozličných procesech ovlivňujících růst a vývoj rostliny. Přenos cytokininového signálu uvnitř buňky probíhá pomocí dvoukomponentního systému (TCS - two component system), známého především ze signálních drah bakterií, hub a hlenek. Cytokinins are essential plant hormones, implicated in various developmental proceses and enviromental responses of plants. Cytokinin signal transduction pathway is simmilar to Two-component system (TCS), well described in bacteria, fungi and slime molds.
