Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovním poměrem na dobu určitou a jeho úpravou v českém právním řádu a v právu Evropské unie. Do práce je nejprve zařazena kapitola o pracovním poměru jako základním a nejdůležitějším pracovněprávním vztahu. Další část práce je již věnována pracovnímu poměru na dobu určitou. This thesis deals with an employment contract for a definite period and its legislation in Czech law and European Union’s law.
