Zapojení žen na rodičovské dovolené do pracovního procesu

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ženami na rodičovské dovolené a jejich zapojením do pracovního procesu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou ženy na rodičovské dovolené spokojené, co je vede k tomu si finančně přivydělávat či nikoliv, jestli mají k dispozici možnost hlídání dětí rodinnými příslušníky nebo je mohou umístit do instituce péče o děti. Teoretická část se věnuje rodině, jejím funkcím a rodičovství. Dále je popsána mateřská a rodičovská dovolená, jakou úlohu plní rodičovský příspěvek a jak se na území České republiky vyvíjel. Zaměřuje se rovněž na situaci žen na trhu práce, na možnosti slaďování pracovního a rodinného života a existenci institucí péče o děti. V praktické části je použit kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum. Data jsou získána pomocí dotazníku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with women on parental leave and their involvement into the working process. The aim of the work is to find out whether women are satisfied on parental leave, if they have any reasons to make extra money or not, whether they have the possibility of babysitting by family members or they can place babies to any social institution. The theoretical part defines the concept of the family, its functions, and parenthood. Further, the maternity and parental leaves are described, the meaning of the parental allowance and its evolution in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on the situation of women in the labour market, the possibilities of reconciling work and family life, and existing institutions for preschool children. In the practical part, a quantitative oriented research is conducted for obtaining the data. The data was gathered via a questionnaire.
