Bakalářská práce se zabývá Kotterovým osmi-fázovým procesem změny a možností jeho použití v knihovnách. Přibližuje oblast change managementu s ohledem na knihovny a poskytuje důkladný rozbor fází Kotterova modelu. Dále se zabývá současnou situací knihoven a jejich porovnání s komerční sférou.
