Za téma diplomová práce jsem si zvolila „Controlling a podnikové plánování“. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je dále rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola obsahuje vysvětlení podstaty a cílů controllingu. Druhým velkým celkem této práce je kapitola, která s controllingem také úzce souvisí a objasňuje pojmy z účetnictví. For the thesis topic I chose "Controlling and budgeting". The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains an explanation of the principle and objectives of controlling.
