Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá částí controllingového systému využívaného ve společnosti Krajská zdravotní, a.s. Teoretická část popisuje zejména pojem controllingu, cíle controllingu, úlohu controllera a členění controllingu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzována část controllingového systému Krajské zdravotní, a.s., a jsou navrhována opatření ke zlepšení systému.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the part of the controlling system used in the company Krajská zdravotní, a.s. The theoretic part describes especially a concept of controlling, goals of controlling, a role of controller and a division of controlling.
