Prevention and Solution of Overdu Debts
Abstract:
Charakteristika této práce spočívá v objasnění pojmu pohledávek po splatnosti, jaké typy pohledávek po splatnosti od bank vůči fyzickým osobám existují, dále zde naleznete odkazy na zákony ČR, kterými se vymáhání pohledávek bank vůči fyzickým osobám řídí a v neposlední řadě jak by se těmto pohledávkám dalo předejít.
Abstract:
Characteristic of this work lies in clarifying the concept of debts, what types of receivables due from banks to individuals exist.urthermore you will find links to the laws of the CR, which recoveries banks operate and finally how to avoid such claims.
