The diploma thesis deals with elimination methods with a focus on the CytoSorb capsule in patients with renal and hepatic failure. In the theoretical part, we focused on liver failure, renal insufficiency, elimination methods, nursing care of patients with the elimination method and, last but not least, the adsorbents that are available in the Czech Republic.
