Abstract:
V této práci je pojednáno o právním režimu zemědělského půdního fondu a jeho ochraně s využitím vybrané vhodné judikatury. Obsahem práce je též subjektivní pohled autora na současnou legislativu upravující oblast ochrany zemědělského půdního fondu v České republice.
Abstract:
In this thesis has been dissertate about law treatment of the agricultural land resources a its protection together with impose of the proper practice of the courts has been chosen. Substance of this thesis is also subjective general view of the writer to our contemporary legislation, which is govern protection of the agricultural land resources in the Czech Republic.
