Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výstavbu školních budov v Pardubicích v letech 1948-1989. Také okrajově rozebírá vývoj škol-ství a podrobněji se věnuje fungování dvou vybraných škol. Hlavním cílem práce je podrobně zmapovat školskou výstavbu v Pardubicích v období komunistické diktatury a zasadit ji do kontextu výstavby v celém Československu. V práci je též představen vývoj školské legisla-tivy, která měla na budování škol zásadní vliv. Text je doplněn o dobové souvislosti formující tehdejší společnost, které se promítly zejména do kapitol o fungování škol.

Abstract:

The master thesis focuses on the construction of school buildings in Pardubice between 1948 and 1989. It also discusses the evolution of the school system and examines in detail the functioning of two selected schools. The main aim of the thesis is to map in detail the school con-struction in Pardubice during the communist dictatorship and to place it in the context of construction in the whole of Czechoslovakia. The thesis also presents the development of school legislation, which had a major influence on the construction of schools. The text is supplement-ed by the contemporary context shaping the society of the time, which was reflected in particular in the chapters on the functioning of schools.
