Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována vysoce aktuální problematice měkkých cílů a jejich zabezpečení. V první části je daná problematika prezentována rámcově především v intencích příslušného právního ukotvení se zaměřením na nejvýznamnější hrozby. The diploma thesis is devoted to greatly actual problematics of soft targets and its security. The first part is given presented in general point of view and it is based on legislative regulations associated with the biggest threats.
