Asymmetric convergence - signifikance, diagnostics, symptoms, correction and its implementation

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá asymetrickou konvergencí. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem okohybného aparátu, také popisuje konvergenci všeobecně, její dělení, vyšetření i její anomálie. Dále se zabývá popisem asymetrické konvergence. Dále se bude zabývat poruchami binokulárního vidění, tedy popisem, vyšetřením a léčbou strabismu, jelikož právě on je jednou z příčin výskytu asymetrické konvergence, a heteroforií, která je pro tuto práci stěžejní, jelikož ve výzkumné části bude snaha dokázat souvislost heteroforie s asymetrickou konvergencí. Cílem praktické části je zjistit výskyt asymetrické konvergence u osob ve věku od 19 do 35 let a jaké okolnosti mohou s asymetrickou konvergencí souviset, např. dominance oka, horizontální fórie, atd.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with asymmetrical convergence. The theoretical part describes the oculomotorical system, get describes the convergence generally, its division, investigations and its anomalies. Further describes asymmetric convergence. It will further include disorders of binocular vision, a description, examination and treatment of strabismus, because now he is one of the causes of asymmetrical convergence, and heterophoria, which is fundamental for this work, since the research will attempt to prove the link heterophorias asymmetric convergence. The practical part is to determine the incidence of asymmetric convergence among people aged 19 to 35 years, what factors may be related to the asymmetrical convergence, eg. eye dominance, horizontal forms etc.
