Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na článek 35 Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží, tedy na vady na zboží a povinnost prodávajícího dodat zboží bez těchto vad. Práce se primárně zabývá podrobnou analýzou výše zmíněného článku a článků s ním blízce souvisejících, včetně výčtu relevantní judikatury na demonstraci zacházení s problematikou vadnosti zboží v praxi. This bachelor thesis concentrates on article 35 of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), concerning non-conformity of goods and the obligations of the seller to procure conforming goods.
