Abstract:

Anotace Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dlouhodobý hmotný majetek a jeho sledování ve firmě včetně účtování a daňových dopadů“ je analýza účtování o dlouhodobém hmotném majetku v kontextu současné české legislativy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou a vymezením dlouhodobého hmotného majetku z účetního a daňového pohledu. V této části jsou taktéž popsány základní účetní operace, které s tímto majetkem souvisejí a podmínky stanovené pro tyto operace současnými právními předpisy. Praktická část je věnována analýze účetních a daňových postupů týkajících se dlouhodobého hmotného majetku v konkrétním podniku. K těmto postupům patří pořízení, oceňování, odpisování a na závěr také vyřazování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. V praktické části je taktéž provedena základní charakteristika vybrané účetní jednotky a posouzení současného stavu vnitřních účetních směrnic. V závěru této práce jsou navrženy doporučení pro vybraný podnik v oblasti evidencí dlouhodobého hmotného majetku.

Abstract:

Annotation The subject of bachelor thesis " Tangible long-term property and its monitoring in the company including accounting and tax impacts" is an analysis of the accounting Tangible long-term property in the context of the current Czech legislation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the characteristics and the definition of Tangible long-term property from accounting and tax perspective. In this section are also described the basic accounting operations relating to this property and the conditions laid down for these operations by current legislation. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of accounting and tax procedures relating to tangible long-term property in a specific business. These procedure include the acquisition, valuation, depreciation and in the end also decommissioning of tangible long-term property. In the practical part is also carried out basic characteristics of the selected accounting unit and the assessment of the current status of the internal accounting rules. At the conclusion of this work are proposed recommendations for the selected business in the area of records of tangible long-term property.
