Simulation of cylindrical emissive probe measurement in plasma
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá simulacemi měření válcovou emisní sondou v plazmatu. Především je zde zkoumán vliv emise elektronů na proud tekoucí na sondu a plovoucí potenciál sondy. Dále jsou studovány profily koncentrace a potenciálu ve výpočetní doméně. K dosažení výsledků této práce byly použity simulace pohybu částic numerickou metodou typu Particle in Cell a Monte Carlo.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with simulations of cylindrical emissive probe measurements in plasma. Primarily is analysed the influence of electron emission on probe current and floating potential. As a next subject we study profiles of concentration and potential in the computational domain.
