The aim of my bachelor thesis is primarily to deal with the passage of time, as an important legal fact. Then I spent the law institute, expiration of rights and foreclosure. Also, the deadlines and the beginning of the period, resulting in them to apply the law. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je v prvom rade zaoberať sa plynutím času, ako významnou právnou skutočnosťou. Následne som sa venoval právnym inštitútom a to preklúzii a premlčaniu. Taktiež jednotlivým lehotám a začiatku ich plynutia, následkom neuplatnenia práva v nich.
