Abstract:
Byla studována skla systémů PbO(ZnO)-Sb\dindex{2}O\dindex{3}-P\dindex{2}O\dindex{5}. Bylo zjištěno jejich reálné složení a následně byl stanoven molární objem, teplota skelné trasformace a stabilita podchlazených tavenin. Byly identifikovány krystalické fáze. Byla odhadnuta optická šířka zakázaného pásu. Struktura byla studována pomocí vibrační spektroskopie. Z kompozičních závislostí všech studovaných …more
Abstract:
Glasses of PbO(ZnO)-Sb\dindex{2}O\dindex{3}-P\dindex{2}O\dindex{5} systems were studied. The real composition was found at first. The molar volume, the temperature of glass transformation and stability of undercooled melts were subsequently determined. Crystalline phases were identified. The optical band gap was estimated.
