Bakalářská práce je kvalitativní výzkumnou prací a zabývá se komunikací všeobecných sester s pacienty na standardních nemocničních odděleních. The bachelor's thesis is a qualitative research paper. The paper focuses on communication between nurses and patients in standard hospital wards.
