Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat specifika obchodníků s elektřinou a plynem relevantních pro ocenění a následně odhadnout hraniční hodnoty ocenění vybraného podniku z tohoto odvětví. Pro ocenění je použita jako hlavní metoda DCF Entity a jako vedlejší metoda srovnatelných transakcí. Abstract:
The aim of the this diploma thesis is to identify specific features of power and gas traders that are relevant for valuation and estimate maximum and minimum value of a selected trader's business. The main valuation method used is DCF Entity with comparable transactions being a secondary method.
