Smlouva o úvěru a její využití v praxi

The Loan Agreement and its Application in Practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor právní úpravy smlouvy o úvěru. Zejména rozbor právní úpravy dosavadní a právní úpravy dle Nového občanského zákoníku. Práce pojednává od vzniku smluvního závazkového vztahu, přes vymezení práv a povinností jednotlivých smluvních stran, zajištění úvěru až po ukončení smluvního vztahu. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání dosavadní a nové právní úpravě.

Annotation: This bachelor thesis provides the analysis of the enactment of the loan agreement. It mainly focuses on recent enactment and the New Civil Code enactment. The thesis describes the creation of the valid contract, the rights and duties of the parties, security for the loan, and the termination of the contract.
