Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat kolokace dvou přídavných jmen, easy a simple, která jsou obecně považována za synonyma. Analýza se soustředí na kolokace těchto přídavných jmen s podstatnými jmény. Tato analýza, provedená na základě Britského národního korpusu, ukazuje, že easy a simple mívají v kolokacích s podstatnými jmény často jiný význam a že se v jejich užití objevují jisté restrikce …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to examine the collocations of two adjectives - easy and simple - which are generally regarded as synonyms. The focus of the analysis is on the collocations of these adjectives with nouns in attributive position.
