Developing a Coaching and Mentoring Culture in a Company

Anotace:

Organization’s performance is influenced by many factors namely strategy, system and procedures, however, employees are one of the most important determinants and leading factors that determine the success of an organization in a competitive environment. The objective of the study is to analyze and investigate the impact of Mentoring and Coaching on maintaining and developing employee performance and preparing them to meet challenging tasks. It also aims to explore how mentoring and coaching will work on the practical situation of a selected company during the process of development of the new employee.
