Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou institutu návštěvních řádů národních parků. Cílem práce je představit problematiku návštěvních řádů chráněných území jako nástroj ochrany životního prostředí. V práci je vymezen obsah, účel, regulace a postup vydávání návštěvních řádů. Práce se podrobně věnuje obsahům návštěvních řádů čtyř národních parků.
Abstract:
The bachelor dissertactio deals with the current legislation Institute visiting rules of national parks. The aim is to introduce the issue of visitor regulations of the protected areas as a tool for environmental protection.
