Abstract:

Emotions in Czech-German corporate communication. Analysis on the example of the company Trestles a.s. The thesis deals with the emotions in interpersonal business relations. It is about different communication partners of the company Trestles a.s. and representatives for the German market. In the theoretical part I mention the characteristics of emotions and their traits. It is mostly about negative emotions like anger, fear and sadness. The practical part deals with the analysis of the text, in which we can find emotional expressions. First and foremost, these are vulgarisms, imperative sentences, majuscule, interjections and metaphors. These emotional expressions are explained in the thesis. The analysis shows, that the emotions are very important element, which affects the relations between participants of the communication.

Abstract:

Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Emotionen in der zwischenmenschlichen Unternehmenskommunikation. Diese Kommunikation verläuft in der schriftlichen Form zwischen den unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern der Firma Trestles, a.s., und dem Vertreter für den deutschen Markt. In dem theoretischen Teil erwähne ich die Charakterisierung der Emotionen und ihre Eigenschaften. Vor allem beschäftige ich mich mit negativen Emotionen: Ärger, Angst und Trauer. Der praktische Teil beschäftigt sich mit der Textanalyse, in der wir die Emotionsmittel finden. Vor allem handelt es sich um Schimpfwörter, Ausrufesätze, Majuskeln, Interjektionen, Metaphern. Diese Emotionsmittel sind in dieser Arbeit erklärt. Aus der Textanalyse ergibt sich, dass die Emotionen ein wichtiges Element sind, das die Beziehung zwischen den Teilnehmern der Kommunikation beeinflusst.
