The evaluation of the first period Cyclists Welcome

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je zjištění, zda jsou zařízením již certifikovaným prostřednictvím projektu Cyklisté vítáni spoluvytvářeny dobré podmínky pro rozšiřování a zvyšování kvality služeb nabízených cyklistům a cykloturistům. Práce napomáhá ke zhodnocení pozitivních a negativních faktorů tohoto pokusu o zlepšení podmínek pro nové moderní produkty cestovního ruchu. Za velmi důležité pokládáme také zjištění, zda jsou provozovatelé spokojeni s prací akreditovaného hodnotitele. Na základě celkového vyhodnocení dospějeme také k otevřeným závěrům, které budou přínosné pro praxi a poslouží jako doporučení pro další etapy a vývoj celého projektu Cyklisté vítáni

Abstract:

The objective of my work is an investigation if there are created some good conditions to extend and raise the quality of the services in the hotels, restaurants, camps and tourist destinations certificated by means of the project Cyclists Welcome. This work helps to the evaluation of some positive and negative factors of this attempt as an improvement of the conditions for new and modern tourism products. The next important investigation is the operator´s satisfaction with the certificator´s work. On the basis of the whole evaluation we will conclude to some open finishes which will be the contribution for practice and will help as a recommendation for the next periods and development of the project Cyclists Welcome
