Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou gastrointestinálního traktu, zejména slinivky břišní. Cílem je zavedení dvou nových metod na stanovení pankreatické amylasy dvěma novými metodami na analyzátoru Olympus AU 5400 a srovnání těchto dvou metod.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the laboratory diagnostics of the gastrointestinal tract, especially of the pancreas. The aim is the introduction of two new methods to determine the pancreatic amylase by two new methods on the Olympus AU 5400 analyzer and the comparison of these two methods.
