Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je skončení pracovněprávního vztahu. Charakterizovány jsou zejména jednotlivé právní skutečnosti a právní úkony vedoucí ke skončení pracovního poměru jako je dohoda o rozvázání pracovního poměru, výpověď, okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru a zrušení pracovního poměru ve zkušební době. A uvedení příkladů z běžné a ze soudní praxe a naznačení vhodného řešení.

The topic of this major bachelor thesis is the termination of the employment relationship.
