Use of reflex locomotion in stroke patients

Abstract:

Ve své práci jsem se zabývala léčbou pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakých léčebných výsledků bude dosaženo u pacienta po iktu déle než 72 hodin při zařazení reflexní lokomoce do každodenní terapie. V metodice jsem zařadila reflexní lokomoci dle Vojty vždy na začátku každé terapeutické jednotky a teprve pak jsem navázala na další rehabilitační techniky běžně používané v léčbě pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Výsledkem terapie bylo dosaženo brzké chůze o 1FH a aktivní hybnost postižené horní končetiny. Je zřejmé, že zařazení reflexní lokomoce do každodenní terapeutické jednotky má své opodstatnění, a však předmětem dalšího a dlouhodobého výzkumu, zda je možné lepších terapeutických výsledků dosáhnout u ischemické cévní mozkové příhody stejně jako u hemoragické cévní mozkové příhody. Také z pohledu časového zařazení reflexní lokomoce do terapeutické jednotky.

Abstract:

In my case study I was focusing on patients after the stroke. My aim was to find out what therapeutic results will be achieved in the patient more than 72 hours after stroke using reflex locomotion therapy in everyday treatment. In the methodology, I have included Vojta reflex locomotion therapy at the beginning of each therapeutic session, and then I have followed up on other rehabilitation techniques commonly used in the treatment of patients after a cerebrovascular accident. The result of the therapy was the early walk by using one elbow crutch walking stick and the active movement of the affected upper limb. It is clear that the inclusion of the reflex locomotion in the daily therapeutic unit is well-founded, but it is the subject of further and long-term research as to whether better therapeutic results can be achieved in ischemic stroke as well as hemorrhagic stroke. Also from the point of view of the temporal classification of the reflex locomotion in the therapeutic unit.
