Hipotherapy in relation to disabled people

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hipoterapie u osob se zdravotním postižením. Toto téma jsem si zvolila, protože ke koním mám velmi blízký vztah a o léčbu pomocí koně se již delší dobu zajímám. Měla jsem možnost vyzkoušet si hipoterapii v praxi jako pomocník a hipolog. Na začátku teoretické části se věnuji všeobecně hiporehabilitaci. Zaměřila jsem se na historii, vymezení pojmu, základní dělení a na působení a kontraindikaci hiporehabilitace. Další část je věnována charakteristice jednotlivých složek hiporehabilitace - hipoterapie, pedagogicko-psychologické ježdění, sport a rekreační ježdění handicapovaných. Praktické část bakalářské práce se věnuje hipoterapii. Cílem průzkumu je zjistit, jaký má hipoterapie vliv na osoby se zdravotním postižením z pohledu středisek, které tento typ terapie provozují. Celkem jsem nasbírala údaje z 16 hiporehabilitačních středisek. K získání potřebných údajů jsem využila metody dotazník.

Abstract:

The topic of this theses is a hipotherapy in relation to disabled people. I have chosen this topic, because of my close relationship to horses. I have been interested in the therapy by the help of a horse for a very long time. I have had an opportunity to try and experience the hipotherapy as an assistant and a hipologist. The beginning of the theoretical part is focussed on hiporehabilitation in general. I have concentrated the attention to history, definition, fundamental division, effectiveness and contraindication of hiporehabilitation. The other part is devoted to characteristics of particular components of hiporehabilitation ? hipotherapy, pedagogical and psychological riding, sport and recreational riding of handicapped people. The practical part of this thesis is based on hipotherapy. The aim of the research is to find out, what influence has hipotherapy on disabled people from the point of view of those centers, which engage in hipotherapy. I have collected the data from 16 hiporehabilitational centers. I have used the method of a questionaire to gain the data.
