Abstract:
Práce se zabývá opatřeními členských států podle článku 95 SES, kterými se členské státy dožadují udělení výjimek z harmonizačních opatření přijatých na základě článku 95 SES. Přes výklad o vývoji článku 95 SES a o problematizace harmonizace se čtenář dostane k jádru práce, zvláště je pozornost věnována ustanovením 95/4-6 SES. Abstract:
A study aimed at procedures of derogations from a harmonisation measure under Article 95 ECT that are available to the Member States. The stress is put on the Commission decisions pursuant to Article 95/4-6 ECT.
