Loňské vládní schválení návrhu nového občanského zákoníku, připravovaného týmem pod vedením prof. Eliáše, reflektuje neutichající porevoluční snahy o rekodifikaci jednoho ze základních kamenů českého soukromého práva. Last year’s approval of the bill of the new Civil Code, prepared by the prof. Eliáš’s team, reflects the after-revolutionary endless endeavor for a re-codification of one of the Czech civil law corner-stones.
