Wnt signální dráha je jednou z konzervovaných signálních drah zapojených v řízení embryogeneze, vývoje a homeostázy. Wnt signaling pathway is one of the most important conserved signaling pathways involved in embryogenesis, developement and homeostasis maintenance. Protein Dishevelled (DVL) is a central component of Wnt signaling and it is inevitable for signal transduction.
