Súčasťou tejto práce je literárna rešerš o organizačnej odolnosti a jej dvoch veľkých teóriách, High-Reliability Organization a Resilience Engineering, na základe ktorých bol vytvorený súbor výskumných otázok. The part of this thesis is literature review on the organizational resilience and its two big theories, High-Reliability Organization and Resilience Engineering, based on which the set of research questions was made.
