The Implementation Investors in People Standard in a Company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením standardu Investors in People, což je mezinárodně uznávaný standard v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, který sleduje schopnost podniku efektivně využívat a rozvíjet své zaměstnance. Práce mapuje celý proces zavádění v dynamicky se rozvíjející softwarové firmě.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with introduction of the Investors in People Standard, an internationally recognised standard in the field of HR management and development focusing on the ability of a company to develop and to make the best of their employees. The thesis describes the whole process of introduction in a dynamically developing software company.
