Bakalářská práce pojednává o osobnosti pedagoga a jeho vlivu na osobnost žáka na střední škole. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část zahrnuje tři kapitoly a zaměřuje se na osobnost pedagoga v odborném vzdělávání a vnější a vnitřní faktory působící na žáka a na školní prostředí.
