The use of new media for warning and informing the population
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat nejnovější technologie pro systémy varování a vyrozumění obyvatelstva v krizových situacích, včetně legislativního nastavení, vytyčení podmínek užití, posouzení možnosti jejich kombinování a rozbor jejich výhod a nevýhod.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to map the latest technologies for population warning systems in crisis situations, including legislation, setting the conditions of use, assessing the possibility of combining them and parsing their advantages and disadvantages.
