Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou postavení věřitele z cenného papíru, konkrétně ze směnky. Práce si klade za cíl podrobně analyzovat podobnosti a vzájemné odlišnosti v rámci ženevského a angloamerického směnečného systému co do klíčových aspektů ochrany věřitele. The diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation related to the creditor´s position regarding a commercial paper, specifically bill of exchange. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of similarities and distinctions between Geneva and Anglo-American bill of exchange system, regarding some key aspects of the creditor´s protection.
