Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním aktuálního stavu společnosti Come in v teoretické rovině psychologické, kognitivní a behaviorální vědy. V této souvislosti zjišťuje, jak vnímá dosavadní stav majitel a jak jednotlivé aspekty pociťují zaměstnanci. Prostřednictvím metody hloubkového rozhovoru, použitého u majitele podniku, a dotazníkového šetření, použitého u zaměstnanců podniku, jsou následně zjištěny oběma stranami vnímané nedostatky zasahující do oblasti daných věd a v návaznosti navrhnuty konkrétní možnosti a doporučení pro zlepšení dané situace. Za pomoci implementace jednotlivých řešení, které vycházejí z okruhu daných věd, zkoumaná organizace nejen zlepší efektivitu zaměstnanců, ale především napomůže i ke zvýšení spokojenosti svých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the investigation of the current state of Come In company in the theoretical level of psychological, cognitive and behavioral science. In this context, it finds out how the owner perceives the current state and how the different aspects are experienced by the employees. Through the method of in-depth interview, used with the owner of the company, and the questionnaire survey, used with the employees of the company, the perceived shortcomings affecting the field of the sciences are subsequently identified by both parties and, in the follow-up, specific options and recommendations for improving the situation are proposed. With the help of the implementation of individual solutions based on the sciences, the organisation under study will not only improve the efficiency of its employees, but above all will also help to increase the satisfaction of its employees.
