Abstract:
Práce je věnována tématu pojištění profesní odpovědnosti. Uvádí charakteristické rysy pojištění profesní odpovědnosti a jeho konstrukci. Zkoumá postavení profesních komor a sdružení při konstrukci pojištění. Popisuje situaci na současném pojistném trhu v České republice. Představuje vybrané produkty a na vybraném vzorku pojistitelů porovnává jejich nabídky.

Final thesis is devoted to the topic of professional liability insurance. It indicates the characteristics of professional liability insurance and its structure. It examines the status of professional chambers and associations in the construction of insurance. The thesis describes the current insurance market in the Czech Republic.
