Problematika fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

The issue of employee fluctuation in selected company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. První část práce vymezuje pojmy fluktuace a udržování zaměstnanců. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, měření a analýzu příčin fluktuace. Na závěr práce navrhuje doporučení ke snížení fluktuace.
Abstract:
The bachelor work deals with the issue of employee fluctuation in the selected company. The first part defines the terminology of fluctuation and employee stabilization. The second part contains the description of the selected company, a measurement, and an analysis of the causes of fluctuation. The last part suggests improvements for fluctuation reduction.
