Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vlastníckeho a spoluvlastníckeho práva k nehnuteľnostiam. V práci sú opísané jednotlivé druhy prevodu nehnuteľností ako je kúpa, darovanie a výmena, na základe ktorých získame vlastnícke právo k nehnuteľnostiam.
Abstract:
Bachelor work is dealing in proprietary and part-owners laws question. There is described differnet type of transfer of real estates like is purchase, devise and exchange.
