Furniture element using 3D printing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá 3D tiskem jako takovým a návrhem mobiliářového prvku s využitím 3D tištěných spojů. V teoretické části řeší historický vývoj, dostupné technologie a postupy, problematiku tiskových strun a aplikovatelnost 3D tisku. Praktická část je zpracována formou rešerše ukazující současnou produkci v oblasti 3D tištěných komponentů. Věnuje se vybranému návrhu, vizualizacím a postupu výroby, při které vzniká prototyp s výkresovou dokumentací a kalkulací materiálových nákladů. Výsledky této práce umožňují využitelnost dosažených výsledků v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about 3D print and suggestion of furniture element with us-ing of 3D printing join. Theoretical part is about historical progress, available technologies and methods, problematic of printing strings and application of 3D printing. Practical part is processed in form of research which is showing current production in 3D printing components. This part is about selected suggestion, visualisations and method of creation, during is coming of prototype with drawing documentation and calculation with expenses for materials costs. The results of this bachelor thesis is showing usefulness results in practice.
