This diploma thesis deals with the comparison and evaluation of the current state of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic. The work provides an overview of the development of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic over the past few years, analyzes the factors affecting its amount and compares it with minimum wages in other EU countries.
