Záměrem této práce bylo zkoumat zkušenosti mladých varhaníků, které nabývají pravidelnou varhanickou činností, jejich motivaci k vykonávání této činnosti a její vliv na jejich hodnoty a volný čas. Další otázkou bylo, jak vnímají spojení mezi hudbou a spiritualitou a jak pravidelná účast na mši a rozvíjení se v rámci hudebního repertoáru působí na duchovní růst.
