Bakalářská práce se zabývá pouze druhy trestů, které jsou obsažené v zákoně č. 40/2009 Sb. Tato bakalářská práce neobsahuje trestní odpovědnost právnických osob a odpovědnost mládeže za protiprávní činy a soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Je to dáno z důvodu, že nezbyl prostor pro věnovaní se těchto trestů. Cílem je tedy poukázat na druhy trestů, které jsou obsaženy v trestním zákoníku. Náležitá pozornost …more

The bachelor thesis deals only with the types of penalties that are contained in Act No. 40/2009 Coll. This bachelor thesis does not contain the criminal liability of legal persons and the liability of juveniles for illegal acts and juvenile justice.
