Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl pomoci HR oddělením v regionu EE-EU ve společnosti Hilti s definováním jednotlivých Personas a s následným pochopením jejich cílů, názorů a potřeb. Celý výzkum byl prováděn pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů anebo dotazníkového šetření napříč všemi odděleními i napříč státy v regionu EE-EU, jedná se o tyto státy: Českou republiku, Slovenskou republiku, Estonsko, Litvu a Lotyšsko. Po provedení strukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkových šetření byly zanalyzované výsledky odpovědí respondentů a na základě těchto výsledků bylo napsáno doporučení pro HR manažery v celém regionu EE-EU. V průzkumu byly zjištěny rozdíly mezi jednotlivými Personas, ale i rozdíly mezi jednotlivými sledovanými státy. Přestože mezi odpověďmi respondentů zazněly na společnost výtky, jsou respondenti ve společnosti Hilti v regionu EE-EU spokojeni.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to help HR departments in the EE-EU region at Hilti to define the individual Personas and then understand their goals, needs and opinions. The entire research was carried out through structured interviews or a questionnaire survey across all departments and across countries in the EE-EU region, these countries – the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. After conducting structured interviews and questionnaire surveys, the results of the respondents' answers were analysed and based on these results, a recommendation was written for HR managers in the entire EE-EU region. The survey found differences between the individual Personas, as well as differences between the individual countries under review. Although there were complaints about the respondents' responses, respondents at Hilti in the EE-EU region are satisfied.
